Director, CSIR-CLRI met Shri. Nari Kalwani, Managing Director, M/s Asian Leather (P) Ltd. and Former CSIR-CLRI Research Council member at Kolkata and discussed various research activities for institute-industry collaboration.
CSIR-CLRI signed MoU with Government College of Engineering & Leather Technology, Kolkata in connection with Collaborative R&D and Academic activities.
Director, CSIR-CLRI and Dr Saikat Maitra, Vice Chancellor, Maulana Abul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT), Kolkata, West Bengal participated in the MoU signing ceremony.
Director, CSIR-CLRI visited the Kolkata Leather Complex and interacted with the members of the CLC Tanner's Association and also visited Common Effluent Treatment Plant (CETP).
