The II phase twinning project was signed on May 16, 2015 by Dr B chandrasekaran, Chief Scientist, CSIR-CLRI and Ato Wondu Legesse, Director General, LIDI, Ethiopia in the presence of His Excellency Ato Tadesse Haile, State Minister for Industries, Ethiopia and CSIR delegation visiting Ethiopia
