On the occasion of Ambur OPEN 3 held in Ambur during 6-7 June 2012; the MODEUROP Colour Card for the Autumn Winter 13/14 season was released to the Indian Leather Industry on 6th June 2012 at the Ambur Trade Centre.
Prof Dr A B Mandal, Director, CSIR-CLRI released the ‘first copy’ in the august presence of Shri M Rafeeque Ahmed, Chairman, Council for Leather Exports; Shri P R Aqeel Ahmed, Regional Chairman (SR), Council for Leather Exports; Shri KR Vijayan, President, Indian Shoe Federation; Shri Ajay Yadav, District Collector, Vellore; Shri A Aslam Basha, Member of Legislative Assembly, Ambur constituency; Shri Saalai Maraan, Executive Director, Council for Leather Exports; and Shri Iqbal Modi, President, AFCAMMI.

- The MODEUROP Colour Card for the Autumn Winter 13/14 season is released ‘frst globally’.·
- The Colour Card with ‘Leather Swatches’ now has leather swatches that have a 27 % increase in area - bigger the better!·
